Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, the lower court is justifiable to have convicted the Defendant of the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

The remaining grounds of appeal are not legitimate grounds of appeal, as they are asserted by the court of final appeal that the defendant considered it as the grounds of appeal or did not consider it as the subject of ex officio decision.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
