A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2014, the Defendant called up as a social service personnel, and was in charge of the duties of providing patient relief support, etc. at the Daegu veterans hospital located in the 60th month, Seogu, Daegu District, and went away from his service without justifiable grounds for a total of 107 days, excluding holidays, from June 8, 2015 to November 5, 2015.
