Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who engages in commercial passenger transportation by using C's private cars.

No one shall provide or lease any private motor vehicle, other than a commercial motor vehicle, for commercial transport.

A. On October 14, 2016, on October 13:49, 2016, the Defendant, using a private car, transported passengers to the front of the office of Ycheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Namcheon-si and received KRW 7,000 as transportation charges from the said passengers.

B. On April 6, 2017, the Defendant, using a private car, carried passengers on the cheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si (Sacheon-si), and transported the passengers to Sacheon-si (Sacheon-si), and received KRW 3,000 from the said passengers as transportation charges.

On April 11, 2017, the Defendant used a private car to transport passengers to the front of the central apartment of North-Myeon, while transporting them from around the 20:11 on April 11, 2017. The Defendant received KRW 3,000 from the said passengers as transportation charges.

(d)

On April 21, 2017, the Defendant used a private-use motor vehicle, carried passengers on around the central apartment of the Yancheon-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Yancheon-si and transported them to Byungcheon-si, and received KRW 3,000 as transportation charges from the said passengers.

E. On June 21, 2017, the Defendant used a private car to transport passengers from the central apartment in front of the Yancheon-si, Yancheon-si, Yancheon-si, to Byungcheon-do, and received KRW 3,000 as transportation charges from the said passengers.

As a result, the defendant used a private car to transport passengers for consideration.
