1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2012, the Defendant, at around 21:30, driven a motorcycle 100-wheeled vehicle without a motorcycle driver’s license, and damaged the said vehicle by driving approximately KRW 27,272,80,00 in repair cost, such as “fluter Berger Exchange”, by the negligence of violating and proceeding D driving on the left side from the right side of the said two-wheeled vehicle, while driving the robot village six-way intersection in the intersection of the Sungnam-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-dong, by driving it on the right side of the said two-wheeled vehicle.
