A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of four years and six months for fraud, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on November 2, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 8, 2016.

1. Fraud;

A. On March 2015, the Defendant, in relation to the right to operate a rest store, has the right to install and operate drinking water and coffee sprink at the rest area of the expressway D, which is located below the Dong-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the victim C.

That said, the purport was that the investment of money would divide the profits.

However, there was no intention or ability to divide profits from the operation of a self-market even if the Defendant did not have the right to operate a self-market at the D rest area and received money from the damaged party.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired the amount of KRW 17,374,00 from the victim on April 2015.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to June 2015, by deceiving the victims through the above five methods, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1, and obtained a total of KRW 168,349,000 from the victims and acquired them by deception.

B. On May 2015, the criminal defendant related to the purchase of the land for a female industrial complex was infinite-gu, Youngwon-si, Youngwon-si, which was lower than Dong, and the victim C is a senior public official by her husband, and there is a relationship with the female market.

Innju City, part of the remaining land among the land for female industrial complex shall be called an urgent bid at a price lower than 50% of the market price on a confidential basis.

A building shall be constructed at a construction company that entered into a contract with the market price on the land awarded as a successful bidder, and a lease contract between LG and nine years shall be concluded.

If the land is awarded a successful bid, the market price profit can be seen as marginal profit, and the building can receive a large amount of rent income on the ground, so it is called "h' to participate in the bidding."

However, in fact, the site is acquired even if it is paid from the injured party due to the lack of bid price for the female industrial complex at the time of each week.
