A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties by assaulting the victim C, who was under influence of alcohol in the middle Esl. Sl. 101 and the lower court’s order, at around 22:53 Sl. Sl. Sl. on April 26, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s performance of official duties by assaulting the victim’s left face of the victim, who was under influence of 117 Esl. 101.

2.
