1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 1, 1999, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with Sung Chang-d Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ssung Chang-d Co., Ltd.”) for the purpose of operating a comprehensive price and its ancillary facilities with respect to the building C in Busan-gu (hereinafter “instant building”) in Busan-gu, for ten years from the date of commencement of the business of Sung-gu, and the rent is 65 billion won as temporary payment (value-added tax separate). The Sung Chang-d Co., Ltd. directly operated the 5th floor of the instant building (hereinafter “instant store”).
B. On February 1, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Sung Chang-si on the term of the contract for the instant store from February 1, 2007 to January 31, 2009, and the Plaintiff operated the volatile club.
C. The Plaintiff transferred to B (hereinafter “B”) all indoor golf courses, insignia facilities, and furniture fixtures, which are operated at the instant store, and registered members.

During September 18, 2009, Sung Chang-si entered into a lease agreement with B, the purpose of use for the instant store is Fluice/cultural center; the lease term is from October 1, 2010 to August 31, 2012; the lease deposit is KRW 300 million; the lease deposit is KRW 33 million on the last day of each month; the lease fee is KRW 33 million on the last day of each month; and the management fee is KRW 33 million on the designated date; and through a certification of the content as of July 5, 2011, it notified B that B will terminate the lease agreement for the instant real estate as of August 31, 201.
E. On September 30, 201, B entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to pay KRW 33 million on the designated date of each month for the instant store, which is owned by the Defendant, from October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013. The lease term is from October 1, 2011, to December 31, 201; the lease deposit is KRW 300 million; the rent is KRW 33 million on the last day of each month; and the management fee is to pay KRW 33 million.
