Punishment of the crime

In 205, the Defendant subscribed to a life insurance of the same kind as the “special agreement on hospitalization daily and specific diseases” provided by several insurance companies after purchasing several types of insurance contracts, which are the same as the “special agreement on hospitalization daily and specific diseases,” and had the mind to obtain insurance money through long-term hospitalization even though it does not need hospital treatment or it is possible to receive hospital treatment.

On January 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) hospitalized at Hanwon in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for 18 days in Hanwon due to the occurrence of side lives and pains; (b) claimed insurance money on May 8, 2012; and (c) received KRW 540,000 from Arian Lives Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on August 8, 2012; and (d) received insurance money of KRW 540,000 from Arian Lives Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on August 8, 2012; and (b) received insurance money of KRW 5,6,8,10 through 24 in total 334 days in total from Arian Lives Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on 15 occasions, and acquired it by receiving insurance money of KRW 9,424,2
