Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2014, at around 20:35, the Defendant driven a BURNO car from the 200m section to the Central BUNO car in the same parallel in Jinju-si, from the road near the restaurant at Jinju-si, to the central block located in the same parallel, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.05% of blood alcohol level.
