Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2019, at around 04:16, the Defendant: “C Association D points” located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; and, upon receiving 112 reports, the Defendant: “I wish to find a drinking house;” “I ambling a narrow breath of spathn,” without any particular reason, during the sobling of alcohol to the police officer affiliated with the Michuholan Police Station E District of the Michuholan Police Station called “I ambast. I ambast at the police station. I ambast, I ambast,” and assaulted the above police officer’s right side side side side side part of the police officer, who prevented him from returning and solicits him.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
