1. The sentence against the accused shall be 5,000,000 won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) operated a Epote car in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.116% at a distance of about 1km from the front day of the matet to the front day of the D/C located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul at around 1km.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle Epote in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On March 26, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 40km per hour from the direction of the police station to the left-hand turn at the speed of 40km from the direction of the direction of the road, as described in paragraph 1, at a distance of 3 km prior to D in Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, as shown in paragraph 1.

At the same time, there was a duty of care to check and proceed on the cross-road traffic conditions by temporarily suspending or making a left turn prior to entry.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so, while driving alcohol and left left as stated in paragraph 1, received the victim FF ( South Korea, 24 years old) who was driving at the lane that is facing the negligence of driving alcohol as stated in paragraph 1, as the chief part of the G Ttibol car driving vehicle, and suffered injury to the above victim, such as the damage to the Rabal, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment.
