The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and the purport of the appeal are the judgment of the first instance.

1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance was presented at the court of first instance, it is acknowledged that the facts of first instance and the judgment are legitimate.

Accordingly, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is consistent with the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the first instance’s dismissal of “from around 2002” No. 15 of the judgment of the court of first instance No. 2 as “from around 1987”, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
