Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:10 on the street of the D Hospital located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, inflicted two weeks of treatment days, such as an open wound, on the part of the victim, on the ground that the victim had expressed her desire to “the remaining after the friend friend friend friend,” on the ground that she had expressed her desire to “the friend frith frith frith frith frith frith.”
