1. Basic facts

A. (i) The Plaintiff acquired the Plaintiff’s claim and provisional attachment, etc. (hereinafter “FFF Savings Bank”)’s loan claims against NFFK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “FFF Savings Bank”) and its surety’s guarantee claims against A as follows.
