A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 도로교통법위반(무면허운전) 피고인은 2018. 7. 19. 05:12경 전주시 덕진구 B에 있는 C 식당 앞 도로에서부터 같은 구 견훤로477(우아동3가)에 있는 전주승마장 사거리까지 약 4km 구간에서 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니하고 D BMW X6 승용차를 운전하였다.

2. 그럼에도 피고인은 음주측정기에 입김을 불어 넣는 시늉만 하는 방법으로 이를 회피하여 정당한 사유 없이 경찰공무원의 음주측정 요구에 응하지 아니하였다.

3.
