The Defendant is a person driving QM5 automobiles.

At around 23:40 on June 7, 2014, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the roads front of the first apartment in front of the second apartment in front of the second apartment in front of the second apartment in front of the second apartment in front of the second apartment in front of the bill of incorporation, Busan, the water level of which is 0.10% of alcohol level.
