1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 19,750,01; (b) KRW 14,833,341 to Plaintiff A; and (c) KRW 14,83,341 to each of the said money, from June 22, 2014 to June 2018.

Basic Facts

The deceased C (hereinafter referred to as the "the deceased") is the chairman of the E-resident representative federation, which is the organization of prospective occupants who oppose the discount sale of D apartment (hereinafter referred to as the "the apartment of this case").

Plaintiff

A The deceased’s spouse and the Plaintiff B are the deceased’s children.

On June 17, 2014, the Deceased took part in an assembly at the entrance of the apartment of this case to block the directors of the discount buyers of the apartment of this case, and the Deceased was forced by police officers belonging to the F police station under the Defendant’s control (hereinafter “the police station of this case”), and took the same away.

The Deceased, as seen above, was in possession of other reporters than a brudr, but the police officers took them into the left hand when he was forced to do so by police officers, which was put to the body of the Deceased.

(hereinafter “instant accident”). The Deceased died on June 22, 2014, when he/she received treatment by suffering 80% of the total chronic image due to the instant accident.

[Based on the basis of recognition, the statement Nos. 1 through 8, 14, 15, 17, and 17 (including paper numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), Gap evidence Nos. 12, Eul evidence Nos. 12, and Eul evidence Nos. 12, and the fact-finding on the F police station of this court, the gist of the argument of the whole purport of the argument by the plaintiffs was excessive pressure on the deceased's body.

In addition, police officers did not secure the fire vehicles in advance in the situation where there is concern for self-harm of the deceased, and did not prepare the fire extinguishers against the fire, and delayed the delivery of the fire and the transfer of the deceased's hospital after putting the body of the deceased.

As above, since police officers' breach of duty of care led to the death of the deceased, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiffs for damages pursuant to Article 2 of the State Compensation Act.

The amount of damages is 119,567,392 won and against the deceased's lost income.
