Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2019, the Defendant was driving a Bchip car at around 17:05 on May 2, 2019, resulting in a water shooting distance intersection in which the immediately preceding road was proceeding from C to D with a water shooting distance crossing of 420 Su-Eup city, Jung-gu.

Since there is an intersection where a signal is installed, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to observe the signal signal, etc. and to closely check the traffic conditions on the front side and the right side.
