A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special larceny: (a) around 23:00 on November 9, 2013, the Defendant: (b) discovered the Eusscarn car owned by the victim D and the MCM wall in the said vehicle owned by the victim; (c) manufactured the repairer; and (d) driven by repairer while walking the vehicle at the time of the victim’s vehicle using the said key.

The F, upon the request of the Defendant in advance, found the exact location where the said automobile was parked, and took part in the Defendant’s vehicle with his own car at the above location, and the Defendant followed the Defendant’s crime and took part in the Defendant’s vehicle by lending the key production cost to the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant, together with F, stolen one car owned by the victim in the amount of 5.4 million won in the market price, one credit card in the name of the victim, one resident registration certificate in the name of the victim, one in the name of the victim, one in the Agricultural CMF card in the name of the victim, one in the cash card in the name of the victim, and one in the name of the victim in the name of the Daegu Bank.

2. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) presented a new bank credit card (credit card number K) in the name of the victim J while placing an order for oil at the International gas station in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) was supplied from the victim, who was in his/her own seat, with oil payment from the said card; and (c) was supplied with oil equivalent to 50,000 won at the market price.

3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, while taking oil equivalent to 50,000 won at the above date, at the above place, used the stolen credit card illegally by settling the payment with a new credit card under the name of the victim J.
