피고인들은 2016. 2. 20. 00:50경 광주 북구 D에 있는 'E' 호프집 앞 노상에서, 피해자 F(31세)의 여자 일행과 서로 시비가 되어 말다툼을 하던 중 위 여자 일행이 피해자가 운전하는 차량에 탑승하여 가면서 심한 욕설을 하자 이에 화가 나, 피고인 A이 정차하고 있는 위 차량 쪽으로 달려가 주먹과 발로 피해자의 얼굴과 몸을 수회 때리고, 피고인 B은 피해자의 멱살을 잡고 함께 넘어지게 되자 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴과 몸을 수회 때리고, 다시 피고인 A도 발로 넘어진 피해자의 몸을 수회 걷어차고, 피해자가 일어서자 뒤따라 달려온 피고인 C은 이에 가세하여 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 때려 바닥에 넘어뜨리고 발로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the closure of internal walls that require approximately six weeks of treatment.
