B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of assault at the Seoul Northern District Court on February 8, 2017. Defendant B appealed, but the Seoul High Court dismissed the appeal on May 2, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 11, 2017.
