A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 17:54, the Busan Dong-dong, located in 206, the center of the Dong-gu, Busan, and (b) the second floor of the Busan, the second floor of the 206 (Seodong-dong), and (c) the victim B, who acquired a wall containing 115,000 won in cash between the victim B and then deducted the cash, left the rest of the wall to the Busan, Relic Center.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.
