1. The defendant has each point of the attached Form No. 19, 20, 21, 22, 69, 66, 65, and 19, among the land size of 10,464 square meters in Doo-si D road.

Basic Facts

The plaintiff obtained permission for a petroleum selling business on December 12, 1995, and on December 29, 1995, the E area is indicated as 14,030 square meters on the certificate No. 4-3 (the permission for the exclusive use of preserved forest in December 29, 1995) of E forest No. 14,030 square meters on December 29, 1995.

On the other hand, on November 6, 1996, the lot number of the site where the gas station building is located was changed from E to H.

(hereinafter referred to as "land" has been permitted to convert the area of a gas station into a site for the installation of a gas station with respect to 1,900 square meters among land numbers or lot numbers.

On March 7, 1996, the Plaintiff completed a construction report on the storage and treatment facilities for dangerous substances on the ground above the ground of steel framed and plastic tank slab roof (the gas station, the building area of 154.95 square meters, and the site area of 1,90 square meters) and completed the construction on August 1, 1996. However, among the above gas station buildings, capital parts, etc. were constructed over the ground area of 407 square meters in attached Form 407 square meters among D road 10,464 square meters owned by the defendant.

On December 27, 1997, the Plaintiff, as a result of the division on February 27, 2012, 113,296 square meters of forest E owned by G, one’s own shape, was transferred to I, and the area of E was reduced to 13183 square meters.

Of 13,296, 3296 shares and 734 square meters in H miscellaneous land are completed the registration of ownership transfer in his/her future.

On April 20, 198, the Defendant acquired ownership of 10,464 square meters of D-road.
