Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Changwon District Court on August 6, 2013 and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 26, 2014.

EL is a director of "EN (State)" located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and the defendant is an actual operator of "(State) F" located in the Hanam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.

Defendant and EL intend to discount electronic bills from victims (State) EO

In other words, after receiving an electronic bill from the injured party, the EL shared the role of receiving the bill from the injured party company and the defendant's role of discounting the bill.

Around February 19, 2013, the Defendant and EL received a request from the representative director of the victim company to discount the amount of one billion won per face value from the EP to the head of the EP, and around February 20, 2013, the Defendant and EL received two copies of the electronic bill (e.g., E Q, ER) with face value of one billion won per face value from the victim company, and around February 21, 2013, they returned one copy of the electronic bill (ER number: e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., 1 billion won per face value.
