Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2017, the Defendant was the head of the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu C church located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and around 15:17 on September 3, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the worship of the above church pastor D, who delivered 40 or more church believerss, and 20 or more clans, such as a axis, etc., along with the said church pastors D, by passing a large sound, which read as the “satisfe, satfe, unsat, satch, unsatch,” and “satisf, satch,” and “satfe and sat.”
