1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 100,000 won;

On October 25, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 08:00 on October 25, 201, around the Changwon Police Station of Changwon-si, where many people gather or frequent; (b) but, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was slicking the surrounding area; and (c) made spirits without justifiable reasons.
