Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 00:40 on September 14, 2019, was under the influence of alcohol in front of the “C convenience store” located in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant by the police officer D belonging to the Gyeonggi Military Police Station, who received 112 reports from the Defendant and sent to the Defendant, for whom the 112 report was sent.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers and the maintenance of public order.
