Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million due to a forced indecent act, etc. committed by the Seoul Northern District Court, and became final and conclusive on September 26, 2014, and became a person subject to registration of personal information. On November 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a forced indecent act committed by the Chuncheon District Court, and became a person subject to registration of personal information, for whom the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 3, 2015.

Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the competent police station within 20 days from the date on which the reason and change occur.

Although the Defendant transferred his domicile to Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul on January 13, 2016, the Defendant did not submit the reason and details of the change to the competent police station within 20 days from the date on which the change occurred.
