Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a car for the use of Dststy or other businesses.
On September 27, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car volume at around 21:10, and proceeded along the intersection of 448 amba-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, along four-lanes from the amba-distance to the amba-distance.
Since the place is a place where traffic is controlled by signal apparatus, there was a duty of care to safely drive a vehicle as a person engaging in driving service.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the part of the FK5 vehicle driven by the victim E (the aged 35) who was in progress from the right side of the Defendant’s course to Incheon viewing in two lanes due to occupational negligence, which caused the signal signal of the signal apparatus to be red, to the end side of the Defendant’s driving vehicle. The part of the FK5 vehicle driven by the victim G (the aged 26, leisure) who was at the end of the signal stop on the two-lanes, which was driven by the victim G (the aged 26, leisure) who was at the end of the signal stop, and the part of the HM5 vehicle driven by the victim I (the aged 66) who was at the end of the two-lane, and the part which was driven by the victim I (the age 66) who was at the end of the next four-lane signal stop, was shocked by the Defendant’s driving vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim K (24 years of age) who was on board the Defendant’s vehicle volume due to the above occupational negligence to the victim K (24 years of age) of approximately three weeks in order to provide approximately 6 weeks medical treatment, and the injury to the victim E, who is a driver of the 5-car vehicle volume, such as c,4,5,6, and c,4,6, and7 days in order to provide approximately 6 weeks medical treatment, and the injury to the victim L (40 years of age and 2 years of age) who is a passenger of the above K5 vehicle volume, such as an unknown c, in detail, requiring approximately 2 weeks medical treatment to the victim M (2 years of age).
