1. Basic facts

A. Defendant K is the owner of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and the Plaintiffs are those who leased the studio of the above real estate (hereinafter “each studio of this case”) from Defendant N, who vicariously performed for Defendant K.

Defendant N is a broker assistant who actually runs the “P Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” located in Suwon-si O, and Defendant L and M are those who leased a licensed real estate agent’s license to Defendant N or have worked at the said licensed real estate agent’s office.

B. Defendant N entered into a lease agreement on behalf of Defendant K with respect to each of the studios in the instant case as indicated below (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant lease agreements”).
