A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, after deceiving the victim by the above method, the defendant received 30 million won in the name of the company bank account (S) in the name of the defendant company as the price for the goods to 132,766 kg in India on the same day from the victim.
