Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of “B” as a building material manufacturing business chain.

Although no person is allowed to employ a foreigner who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities, the defendant employed 18 foreigners as shown in the attached Table of crimes, including Thailand E, who has no status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities, in accordance with the contract agreement at the factory located in the Chungcheong-gun C from October 31, 2017 to November 8, 201 of the same year.
