A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the leisure support of the Friwon method, and on November 30, 2009, a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the leisure support of the Friwon method.

On October 4, 2018, around 00:01, the Defendant driven the Bland of 0.133% alcohol while under the influence of alcohol in approximately 500 meters from the 500-o, Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, 72, Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, to the 73-31 Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro.
