Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
On August 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 17:13, and proceeded along the two-lane road located at the point 146.8k in the Incheon-do Highway, Young-dong, Incheon-do, which is located in the Gangwon-do, U.S., Gangwon-do.
At that time, the defendant was behind the victim D(39) driving Echip drive in the same direction, and there was a prior prohibition zone.
