1. From November 27, 2015 to the Plaintiff, the Defendant indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 21, 21, 31, 41, 51, 51, among buildings listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On April 22, 2011, a limited liability company B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) was awarded the instant building in the procedure for the public auction of real estate rent C with the Gwangju District Court, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name on July 22, 201. On July 22, 2011, a limited liability company completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the instant building to Han Bank Co., Ltd.
