1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 30,800,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from September 18, 2018 to May 31, 2019.

Facts of recognition

The plaintiff is an architect who operates an architect office in E when there is leisure.

F and G decided to construct a building (hereinafter “instant building”) on the ground of H large 372 square meters (hereinafter “instant site”), and requested the Plaintiff to design the neighborhood living facilities (hereinafter “existing design”). On September 27, 2016, F and G were granted the relevant building permit [use: Class I neighborhood living facilities (retail stores, Council members, resting restaurants), Class II neighborhood living facilities (general restaurant, veterinary hospital), and veterinary hospital] on October 10 and October 14, 201, after selling the instant building site to the Defendants, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 7, 2016, the said building permit was transferred to the Defendants on December 15, 2016, and the said building permit was accepted as the building owner’s change on December 15, 2016.

The Defendants filed an application for permission to change the use of the instant building into “Class I neighborhood living facilities (retailing stores), Class II neighborhood living facilities (offices), and tourist accommodation facilities” and obtained permission to change the aforementioned content from the leisure market around the end of December 2016.

[Ground of recognition] The facts without dispute (including the allegations that are not clearly disputed by the other party), Gap Nos. 1, 4 through 7, and 19 (including each number), and plaintiff I's assertion of the purport of the whole pleadings, on behalf of the defendants, requested the plaintiff to design for the alteration of use as stated in paragraph (c) above 1 (hereinafter "revision design"), and set the amount as 48,000,000 won (excluding value-added tax).
