A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The injured defendant is the victim C (math, 41 years of age) and the married couple, and the victim D (math, 15 years of age) are the married couple of the defendant.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2015. 3. 22. 23:35경 제1항 기재 E 아파트 앞 주차장에서 가정폭력 사건이 발생하였다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 목포경찰서 F지구대 소속 경사 G, 순경 H으로부터 사건 경위에 대하여 질문을 받자, G에게 "야, 씨발 새끼야, 니가 알아서 뭐 할래 "라고 욕설을 하면서 G의 얼굴 부위에 주먹을 2회 휘두르고, 발로 G의 다리 부위를 1회 찼으나 G가 피하자 바닥에 넘어져 누운 상태로 발로 G의 허벅지를 3~4회 차는 등 폭행하고, 옆에서 이를 제지하는 H의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, H의 얼굴에 침을 1회 뱉고 발로 H의 정강이를 1회 차는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on crime prevention and investigation.
