Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

The Defendant is the owner of B galle-bomy truck, and the owner of the relevant motor vehicle when he/she intends to change the structure and devices of the motor vehicle determined by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, he/she obtained approval from the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu, but on March 24, 2014, he/she removed a wall between the driver's seat of the relevant motor vehicle and the loading box in front of Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government
