Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) on August 13, 2014 in Busan District Court, and the judgment on August 21, 2014 becomes final and conclusive.
1.
