Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant is the Housing Redevelopment Project Association established to implement a housing redevelopment project in Busan Jin-gu D (hereinafter “instant rearrangement zone”).
B. The Plaintiff concluded a sales contract on September 5, 2003 with respect to an unauthorized building located on the pertinent land (hereinafter “instant building”) located on the Busan District E, Busan District E, Busan District, and concluded a sales contract with F and G to live in the instant building without monthly rent until redevelopment is removed due to a special agreement (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
C. G continued to reside in the building even after the instant sales contract was concluded, and died on December 27, 2010.

2. We examine arguments and judgments as well as independent party participation.
A. 1) The Plaintiff purchased the instant building from G, the former owner of the instant building, and the owner of the instant building is the Plaintiff. 2) As the Intervenor’s instant building was newly built by inserting approximately approximately approximately KRW 12 million prior to 20 years, the Intervenor was owned by the Intervenor.
After the intervenor newly constructed the above building, the intervenor became a director at a different place from the fatn's f and living together, and F was living together in the above building. While the intervenor's husband's fatt permit the plaintiff's fat to live together with F and allow him to reside in the above building, G did not have any disposal authority over the building of this case, and therefore, even if the plaintiff purchased the building of this case from G, ownership still exists to the intervenor.
3. Since the instant building is located in the redevelopment project zone, the Plaintiff and the Intervenor are determined by the owner of the instant building.
