1. The Defendant’s KRW 86,897,271 and KRW 17,88,351 among them shall be 24% per annum from January 9, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 24% per annum for KRW 86,897,271 and KRW 17,88,351 per annum for KRW 24% per annum from January 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, KRW 44,125,679 per annum for KRW 25% per annum from January 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, and KRW 506,680 per annum for KRW 25% per annum from January 9, 2018 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
