A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

One knife (13.5 cm in length, 11.5 cm in length) of seized blades.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment at the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims (Special Robbery, Rape, etc.) and completed the execution of the said sentence on June 20, 2013.

1. Larceny;

At around 21:00 on December 24, 2014, the Defendant discovered possessions set up in the “Lifetime Sports Center” located in Jinju-si, Pyeongtaek-si, and found out possessions set up on the floor of the above sports hall by the victim C, with cash 70,000 won, USD 2,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000 won, one resident registration certificate, Samsung Credit Card 1, Samsung Credit Card 1, and Nonghyup Bank Cash Card 1, 200,000,000 won.

As stated in the subsection, the Nonghyup Bank, which stolen C’s cash card, was stolen by withdrawing a total of KRW 3.3 million on four occasions by inserting it in a cash payment machine and inputting a password.
