Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and by a fine of 300,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of three years of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny, theft, etc. at the Busan High Court, and on August 31, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Kim Juvenile Prison on August 31, 2016.

1. From around 14:00 on September 14, 2016 to around 15:00, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering into the victim’s house gathering scheme through the gate opened for the purpose of theft of the victim’s property, and then intrudes on the victim’s house.
