A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location

Nevertheless, on December 16, 2015, without registering fee-charging job placement services with the competent authority, the Defendant introduced contact loan E and F to “G” nearby Suwon-gu Suwon-si C2 “D” on December 16, 2015, and introduced contact loan H to “I” and received a daily fee of KRW 40,000 from E, F, and H for the purpose of introduction. From July 1, 2015 to December 16, 2015, the Defendant received a call from the said “D” office to send a contact service for customers from entertainment tavern and entertainment bar business, and received a contact loan from the said business owners and received KRW 40,000 from the contact loan and received KRW 40,00 from the contact loan.
