Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the E Co., Ltd. in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the representative director of F Co., Ltd. in Jung-gu, who runs the building management service business using 150 full-time workers.
The Defendant is working at the same workplace from July 4, 2012 to July 14, 2015.
The amount of wages and retirement allowances for the nine retired workers, such as the total amount of wages and retirement allowances of those retired as set forth in Nos. 6, 8, and 9 of the list of offenses No. 1, including KRW 2,96,835 of retirement allowances of retired G, was not paid within 14 days from each payment date without any agreement between the parties on extension of the payment date.
The Defendant is the representative of the E Co., Ltd. in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who employs 25 full-time workers and operates the business of maintaining and managing buildings and facilities.
The Defendant is working in the above E from June 18, 2014 to June 17, 2015.
A retired worker’s annual paid leave allowance of H 650,00 won, retirement allowance of 1,363,207 won, and work in the above E from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
Labor in the above E from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, is 650,000 annual paid leave allowances for retired workers I, retirement allowances of 1,329,560, and retirement allowances of 1,329,560.
A retired worker J’s annual paid leave allowance of KRW 650,00, retirement allowance of KRW 1,335,241, and working in the E from April 23, 2014 to June 17, 2015.
The total amount of KRW 1,950,000 and the total amount of KRW 7,200,015 of the retirement allowances of three workers, including K's retirement allowances 1,410,59, and the total amount of KRW 1,950,000 and KRW 7,200,015 of the retirement allowances of five workers, did not reach an agreement on the extension of the payment date with five workers, within 14 days from each five workers.
