The judgment below
In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the charged facts of this case guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of the crime, and it is just to have acquitted the charged facts of this case, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to repeated acts under Article 74 (1) 3 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
