Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2018, at around 20:20, the Defendant driven a Category Csch Rex driver’s vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 500 meters from the front side of the Hansung Office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu to the front side of the 150-ro, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
