Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, as stated in the grounds of appeal, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the intention of the crime of offering of a bribe, business relationship and applicable provisions of law, commercial concurrence relation and number of crimes, changes in indictment, demand for changes in indictment, admissibility and probative value, evidence trial principle, and did not adversely affect the judgment

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
