1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff asserts that during the period from August 31, 2012 to January 7, 2013, the Defendant lent a total of KRW 24,845,00 to the Defendant on seven occasions, and filed a claim against the Defendant for payment of KRW 24,845,00 and delay damages therefor.

The plaintiff's assertion is not sufficient to acknowledge the fact of lending the plaintiff's assertion in light of the statement of Nos. 1 through 5 (including each number) and witness C's testimony. Since there is no other evidence to acknowledge it, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
