Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2013, at around 22:21, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd passenger vehicle from the street world in front of the Gyeonggi Hyeong-gun to the street world of about 400-1, Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
